I love good food, and I love helping others realize the power of what they put on their plate. Food provides the information our cells need to survive, but, it is also rooted in our cultures and traditions. Food has the power to bring people together and connect with one another, connect with our community, connect with nature, and connect to our own bodies.
I don’t just simply push kale on people – as a Holistic Health Coach, I use an integrative approach to health and wellness. I do not focus solely on the food we chew, but I also emphasis the “Primary Foods” that nourish our lives. Relationships, exercise, and spirituality feed our body’s as much as the food we eat.
